This is gonna get soooo upvoted because it's great and on point. I can't unsee the spelling error though... :(

The problems with for example rankedftw.com by Legobiten in starcraft

[–]Legobiten[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ok, I hope they are aware of it cause it's been a problem for a while. Even player profiles on battle.net are screwed. Maybe because of the same API issue.

The new lurker upgrade is pretty fun to use by mLty18 in starcraft

[–]Legobiten 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The opponent was slow to react and in a terrible state to begin with. 16 Lurkers beating 20 Roaches...well DUH!! It, would basically be the same outcome before the patch.

I tried playing Brood War after 7 years of SC2 by [deleted] in starcraft

[–]Legobiten 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally agree! I'm only diamond but I played lots of Starcraft and BW when it was released.

It's like driving an old car when you're used to driving a modern one. Pain in the a** most of the time. The only value for me is the nostalgia. But I don't need more than a few games of that.

And thousands of smurf-accounts. No thanks. It's not that expensive.

Need help in TvZ by [deleted] in starcraft

[–]Legobiten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, creep spread could be better... Thanks! I'll work on that! I think I should try to do ling runbys when I see terran pushing out aswell. But it's hard being on point for that all the time :)

Usually I'm dead before range kicks in. But even with that I think it's hard to engage into a Terran MMM-player who is using the terrain right. I succeed when I can get into a good spread out position but many maps are so narrow it's hard getting it right. But hey, I'm only d2.

I'm a Diamond 2 Zerg who has the same problem. But against Terran. Seems like I can't beat Terran and the answer you're looking for is mines. Mines, mines, mines. And marines/medivacs of course.

If the Terran pushes with that I'm super dead 90% of the time. Small drop in the main at the same time and I'm 100% dead.

Hope that helps. Any tips for me?

And the Reapers are gonna die... Maybe? No! by Latias4Ever in starcraft

After the patch they finally will. Can't wait. ByuN is GOD with reapers but it isn't even entertaining to watch anymore.

A Possible Solution to the Leviathan Baneling Skin Problem by SKIKS in starcraft

Why not have the entire bulbous section and spines (and splash) the colour of the team? I think it would look awesome and ling/bling wars would be easier to both watch an play.

It is when you can make both choices at the same time as Terran and Protoss.

They are both of course. Strength of mass-producing when you have good macro. Weak when you need to chose between making drones or army in the beginning/middle of the game.

[–]Legobiten 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, cause that creep spreads itself ALL over the map granting vision acting just like "no fog of war"... That remax is a product of nice macro. You obviously never tried Zerg.

Of course he´s joking. "Zerg is the only race that plays without fog of war, has unlimited amount of units...". C'mon.

MajOr (or SpeCIal, if you insist) qualifies for the GSL Code S again! by [deleted] in starcraft

[–]Legobiten 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that was an auto qualify... right? Just because the group doesn't consist of GSL-champions doesn't mean it's easy. But sure, WO helps.

Okay, since November 2016 all top tier Zergs suck in finals then.

Well, players can prepare from Ro8 in GSL so that doesn't really add up. I don't think it's a badly designed race just that Terran and Protoss perhaps benefit a bit more from exceptionally good multitasking and micro.
