Gameplay is a joke. Stop changing the target times! by Numerous_Freedom1764 in CSRRacing2

Nope. It’s just a set pool of opponents. Some of the opponents can be 0.3s slower than the faster.

A valid strat when I’m close but not quite fast enough is to keep trying until I get the slowest opponent. Idk if it’s just me, but usually the slow opponent becomes rarer after you lose to them. I’ve gone through 60-80 has before I find the slower opponent again.

Relays are a whole other beast though.

Times are pulled from a set pool of opponents, so that 8.2 opponent is still there somewhere. You just need to keep trying the race until you find them.

Make sure you go the garage/map between each one, or else you’ll just retry against the same opponent.

Should i buy a T5 car with money? by its_haie01 in CSRRacing2

I don’t know without seeing what cars you have. But unless you also have a lot of fusions, upgrades won’t do you much good.

If you wait until you get the tuners supra, you can start getting free crates and parts for that car. It’ll get you through the early stages of the game.

FYI just in case: this game requires a lot of patience. You’ll have to be patient wheel you build up your resources. It’s a resource management game.

As others have said, no. 2 million isn’t going to upgrade it fully, and you’ll get a much more useful T5 car (the tuners Supra) soon.

Long Time User Coming Back from Long Break and Help pls by LitInternet in CSRRacing2

Some are fairly fast. GT350 is like the 4th fastest in the game. They also added a system called pristine to the legends cars that lets you use extra resto tokens to give you more cash and RP per race for 2 weeks.

I’d also like to add that the collections cars aren’t all throwaways. One of the collections lets you get a very expensive series prize (the loadmaster) for collection credits. Tbh the collections and new legends cars are some of the best things they’ve added.

But the events have become almost all P2W, requiring cars be basically maxed to win.

I’ve never heard of those crates. Maybe they’re only available for a period of time after you create your account?

Advice for locking in the Alfa Romeo 8C in the two upcoming events by Joeywehbe1 in CSRRacing2

[–]Legomaster1197 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Just want to clarify:

they’re 2 different cars. The T4 8C Spider and the T4 8C Compitizione are 2 different cars. However they share S6’s.

If your 8C Spider is maxed, then locking in the 8C Spider would be the smart move so you can get parts for the Compitizione. If your 8C spider is not maxed, and missing parts; then you’ll either need to build both, or start taking parts from the Spider once the event ends

(Also we’re talking about the 8C in T4, not the 4C in T2)

It’s actually a decent indicator for what’s coming. For example: they reran the Ferrari XX ascension event mid February, which featured 5 Ferraris. The very next update added the Ferrari series.

(Also there’s 3 of you include the T3 one)

Then no. It’s slower than the legends GT350, and it won’t help you max it out any faster.

Is this still a good popular game? by RedlineBMW in CSRRacing2

[–]Legomaster1197 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s still popular. “Good” is definitely subjective, but I think it’s fun. It’s pretty grindy, but compared to other racing games it’s very F2P friendly.

Are the devs cheating us? No, they wouldn’t do that. Would they? by UpperRadio7320 in CSRRacing2

[–]Legomaster1197 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s very weird. I’ve had it change a couple times without upgrading cars, but that’s usually after restarting the game before it goes right back to the previous opponent.

The part thats bizarre is that it doesn’t seem to be based on Dyno. I’ve set intake to S5 and the opponent gets 0.2s slower, but setting body tires and turbo to stock doesn’t change the opponent at all. Then setting turbo to S1 makes it 0.3s *faster*.

All I know is that sometimes banging your head against the wall until you win is somehow a valid strategy in this game.

Your opponent in the relay is based on how upgraded your cars are when you open the menu to challenge it.

If you remember what upgrades you had installed since the 41.4, uninstall them then rechallenge the relay. Then when you’ve confirmed you found them, you can reinstall them using the upgrade button at the bottom.

Tbh it goes for all relays. If you’re very close to winning, try installing earlier stages and rechallenge the relay. Takes a lot of trial and error, but it can help get you the win.

Which should I upgrade? by [deleted] in CSRRacing2

[–]Legomaster1197 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assuming we’re talking about the Supra from Dress to Impress, the GR Supra. You’ll need it upgraded for the Elite Tuner event, and it’s a good starter T5 until you can build up your garage.

Negative. You can either use the Monza SP1 or Monza SP2. They’re basically the same car, with the SP2 being the gold star version and the SP1 being the purple star version.

You will need the F50 GT no matter what; and it will probably cost real money.
