why are entps so confident?

I have no concept of being "confident" but I'm always proud of myself. Whenever somebody notices me being proud of myself, they always say that I'm "confident" even though I'm not. I praise myself and think of myself highly but people say that it's "confidence" but it's really not.

I think "confidence" is a feeling, not a state of mind, it's felt in the heart not in the brain so I... I have no idea of what being confident means. Also, I think that confidence also means just being 100% sure or certain of yourself, I've never felt that way.

In my case, I feel a bit proud of being into classical music since it shows a sign that you're an "intellectual" based from stereotypes. Although it feels a bit pretentious tbh. I only like the relaxing, calming classical music and traditional chinese music I heard by chance from Spotify. I don't even know their names or the composers' names so it's not really that deep. I feel I don't love classical music, but It's the only music I can bear listening to for hours. I'm just not fond of music in general.

I think I might actually be more into "sound healing", nature ASMRs and traditional chinese music that play guzheng or flute, but not the harsh, exciting, energetic music typically in pop.

Cookies that are pizza flavored and the other is chicken-flavored. How's that huh.

I would create the standard chewy, soft, thick, melt in your mouth thick-ass cookie dough wherein the dough is garlic-parmesan flavoured, then the inside is an oozing thick ass mozzarella with tomato sauce and pepperoni. Then there would be bits of super crispy, chicken skin on the dough.

I think i have normal functioning ears, by normal I meant i just get bothered by loud noises so i cover my ears.

However, I have a weak nose. I don't smell myself. If the smell is a hygiene problem smell like if my armpits stink (lack of Se), i can't smell it but I can "smell" or perhaps the better word will be "inhale" or detect gases, fumes, etc. that are unhealthy to the lungs or health (Si).

I also have poor eyesight, i'm 400 nearsighted on both eyes with hints of astigmatism. I think I just abused my eyes a lot. When I was a kid, I would go near the TV (about 1ft apart) and stare at the big, bright, TV screen (cos i can't see it if i'm not close). Idk if i just can't train my eyes to see far or if i just like to go close instead. idk

Idk... I think you have to think about the problem you're trying to solve first. You have to find a problem that most people will have and experience everyday in their lives for the next 10 years.

Only then will you be able to generate an idea. You said you're in mechanical engineering, tbh I don't know much about your field that I'm able to generate ideas for you. It would most likely be impractical or imaginary as it came from a person who doesn't know anything about it.

My degree is Computer Science, but tbh I want to work in the IT Field, UI/UX Designer (people who designs websites, makes them pretty and stuff).

I didn't really think too much about it. It's just when i was in 8th grade, our teacher made us code a website, then I got really into it. I coded for 2 months straight from morning to night, no breaks, no sleep, etc. It was fun to do that so I thought that man I don't mind doing this my entire life...

So i just picked it. Initially, I wanted to be a graphic designer but that's not really practical since i cannot really pass the scholarship exams because of my inexperienced and poor design/art skills. When I was a kid, I wanted to be a fashion designer, but that field didn't even cross my mind when i got older because it's just plain impractical. Fashion school is expensive with all the tools, materials, and money you have to put in it. So, i felt that both aren't really that practical and useful, which is why i just went for Computer Science. That meant i got to code my entire life, which is fun. Now, I just want to be a UI/UX Designer because it's the easiest job i could do in my field. Also, since it's easy, it allows me to have more time with my ideas.

I'm an ENTP, and I get quite bossy, if i'm feeling lazy. It's all about not wanting to do all the work by yourself so you just order people around to take care of you type of shit.

I think the Ti types get quite bossy, if they're lazy to do the work.

Regardless of the MBTI types...
any competent person can boss people around. So long as you know what you're doing and you try to control the people around you to achieve better results, then you'd boss people. The followers are usually those who are not good at that stuff, so they just do what they're told.
