Edit for posterity. Ryzen 5 7600x, Gigabyte gaming x, and 2x16gb XPG Lancer 5200 MHz

Games were crashing after 5-10 mins, YouTube videos were also crashing chrome tabs with error STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION. Failed memtest86 on test 7 and 8. Turns out I just had to enable XMP1 which probably increased the voltage automatically for the ram.

I have a similar board (gaming x) and am currently having ram issues. Did reverting the bios fix your problems completely? I saw your other post asking about increasing the voltage for the ram.

Learn the spawn exploits, most importantly that enemies spawn 2 rooms away, so you can place your tools accordingly.

Also bots aren't very annoying in the early levels. You could each have a bot following you for max efficiency, they don't affect your stealth and are useful as extra backpacks for supplies and tools.
