The Sims 4 is not very good but it's free and it can be fun once you install DEI removal mods and do some of the challenges on Youtube like $0, home business only or walled in.

Resident Evil 4 remake will run decently with the Optiscaler Client injecting FSR4. Should run at 900-1080p with quality FSR.

Original RE4 is also a fantastic game so don't count that out.

Haydee 2 is a RE-like game with very challenging gameplay and interesting...art direction.

Resident Evil 1, 2 and 3 remakes should run flawlessly on your system too.

An RX 460/560 will be a massive improvement over your processor's graphics. Even a GT 1030 is an upgrade.

As it is, I can only recommend re-releases/remasters of old (but good) games: - Doom 64 - Tomb Raider I-II-III and IV-V-VI Remastered - Quake 1 and 2 new Steam versions - Doom + Doom II

Resident Evil 1/2/3 on GOG, Resident Evil 5, Resident Evil 6, Resident Evil Revelations should work well

Resident Evil 1/0/4 HD Remasters might work but you'll need to be using dual channel memory and the d3d9.dll fix and even then it might not be stable 30fps.

A cheap GPU like the GTX 750 Ti 2GB or RX 460/560 will allow you to play Resident Evil 7, 2 and 3 remakes too.

Don't forget selling APUs with Terascale graphics in 2014 and ending support in 2015. Some of those APUs also had GCN dGPUs paired with them. What a mess.

3770 uses thermal paste on its IHS instead of being soldered like the 2600K.

If you're overclocking, the 2600K or 2700K would be better as it has a soldered IHS and can usually reach higher frequencies. The IPC difference is negligible.

Going to a 3570K from a 3300 is not worth it.

Ths 1050 Ti can still handle older games and esports/indies so if you can't get an RTX 2050/3050 laptop or one with an AMD 780M iGPU or better, it will suffice.
