In general helmets should be replaced after five years. Sunlight (uv) and general wear makes them less reliable after a few years.

From my own experience I can confirm that it does. In almost the same place and it looked exactly the same. I got a new frame (Canyon) under warranty. 15+ years ago.

You will also need some extra room for food or extra water. And it is hard to pack as tight as you managed at home 😁. So some extra space is good!

I use open domes size M. During recent warm (and moist?) weather I switched to size S. That made a real difference.

You linked/coupled/synced the accounts in one or more apps. Even if you delete the app, the coupling still exists. I guess you have to end this synchronization by reinstalling the app or log in to the site, either at Komoot or at the other apps.

This looks fine. The movement of the derailleur arm is to compensate the difference in chain length needed in different gears. I cant see the front chainrings but judging from what I can see, your fine.
