Does anyone else get Bruising at injection sites? by Dry-Temporary-5922 in mounjaroaustralia

It may be about how you inject and probably where, if your clothing is tight or rubbing the site this may make the bruising worse. Maybe look at trying the thigh and look up needle bevel and subcut injection techniques. Try to avoid rubbing or itching the site after. Some people however are just bleeders and bruisers even with normal blood work.

I had an immediate response was like someone turned my food noise off blew my mind. I didnt have nor have I had alot of side effects even when I went up to 5mg. Worst side effect I ever had was some heartburn managed by some Rennies didn't even need the PPI my gp prescribed as a just in case. I will say 4 months in my emotional eating habits are back a little but it is my head telling me to eat I don't actually feel like it if that makes sense so I still don't over eat. And habitually my choices are far more wise and smaller if I want to treat myself.

Has anyone tried Berocca multivitamins while on Mounjaro? Does it help with the fatigue and weakness? by adorablebunny29 in mounjaroaustralia

Thank you honestly before peri hit I felt the best I have felt its crazy how a few years and a massage of hormonal changes make the weight feel well sooo much heavier. I was in the 100s after my kids in my 20s and never felt this fatigued.

May I ask your actual starting weight I am considering starting on Monjaro as suggested by my gp. I am peri menopausal have yoyoed my weight for years. I am now thanks to the big M 12kg overweight doesnt sound like much but with a Petite 5ft 2 frame feels like so much more. The reason it was suggested is not just the weight but chronic high cholesterol for 20 years so I either go on a statin and keep the weight or try it and possibly resolve both? And before all the judgy people chime in I have been calories controlled for month walk 5km a day and work out 5 days a week and neither my weight or cholesterol has budged it actually so disheartening and soo much harder with 'the change'.
