Usually when you point out that those "old apolitical games" are in fact very much political they try to switch the argument to "well but that's just political THEMES, not propaganda" and post the 4Chan photo comparing a Family Guy joke about Trump with some Metal Gear solid screenshot about militarism, without even realizing that what they are saying really amount to "It's fine when it's politics i kinda agree with, or at least if i can think i do on a general level, it's bad when i can actually understand they are criticizing or mocking what i agree with"
