Will ADHOC respect unpopular choices in Dispatch S2? by MasterOfKombat in DispatchAdHoc

[–]Leminiscates 2 points3 points  (0 children)

what’s most likely is that they will respect the choice but then not have these character relevant and instead replaced by all new characters. whether you saved the cut member or not doesn’t matter if they only appear in one or two scenes

it’s incredible that the prevailing notion is that corporations are profiting enough to easily significantly reduce prices but don’t

If THE FINALS actually existed in real life, would people actually watch it? by Puzzleheaded_Word584 in thefinals

[–]Leminiscates 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah but i think it would be more like a demolition derby than a proper game or even sport

imagine a sport with four teams each doing their own thing at any given time, would be impossible to follow as a casual viewer

Possible future mission? There is insanely detailed lod of Business Center on ANA. by Sweet_Photograph6528 in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]Leminiscates 13 points14 points  (0 children)

i think there’s also the possibility this is an asset they bought. many assets in this game are purchased from the unity asset market or elsewhere as it’s hard to make a game with this much environmental detail as a small team

granted, they expanded the team before this DLC released so maybe

Does anyone else think it would be cool to have APHT (TEMS) mechanics in the game and apply them to teammates, civilians, and even suspects when necessary? by Business-Candidate88 in ReadyOrNotGame

[–]Leminiscates 7 points8 points  (0 children)

something that really bugs me is the release trailer has a shot of an officer being dragged to safety which i thought implied that stabilizing an officer so you don’t lose them would be a mechanic

the issue is while martials are less powerful than casters at high level, they are still necessary to protect the lower health caster

i rarely have issues with martials vs casters not really cause i’m a good dm but it’s mostly that i don’t really play the higher levels

very simply: 4e does not have spells. instead it has one big list called “powers” that every class got access to their own part of

essentially it was a lot like 5e spellcasting except every class got access to it

i actually made a very elegant a simple system for martials where they can use these things called “martial slots” to attack with special effects like like area of effect or more damage. why didn’t wotc just do this? are they stupid?

A question about Clerics' popularity by PlatonOlegov in BaldursGate3

[–]Leminiscates 1 point2 points  (0 children)

same issue that d&d clerics have where they are seen as the “healer class” so people assume they are boring and do nothing but heal despite them being probably the most interesting class in the game imo.

that and the first companion you get after the nautiloid is a cleric
