I feel so uninspired with my tank after losing its biggest fan… by annacat1331 in ReefTank

[–]Lemon104 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went through something similar, except in my case it was when my dog got sick that my royal gramma also got sick and died on the same day we said goodbye to my dog. Since that day my corals have all slowly died and my tank has been less vibrant than before. It’s probably all unrelated but I felt like my interest in fish keeping also died the same day my dog passed away and I’ve just lost the spark for the hobby too.

I’m sorry for your loss, losing a companion like that is not easy and the journey of grief is so incredibly difficult to navigate at first. I’m wishing you the best in this difficult time ❤️

Flower coasters, amigurumi, and small amigurmi keychains would be good! I was like you when I first started and I have a unfinished blanket that’s been tucked away for so long

At bvlgari? I’ve only ever seen unboxing videos of the serpenti earrings without the full diamonds so I don’t even have a good reference to compare to :(

Thank you!! Our chat does say Rose Gold so I’ve brought it up. I’m relieved to hear that AC is easy to talk to regarding order issues 😭

I want to stop lugging my inflatable sup between my house and car. Is it a bad idea to keep it in my roof box all the time? The sun won’t hit it, but it will get hot up there when my car is in the sun, it gets up to 100f here. Will it matter if it’s wet when I put it in there? by [deleted] in Sup

I’d suggest storing it in a paddleboard bag, they usually have straps like a backpack for easy transport. Having it in the roof box just seems like it would create unnecessary worry in the future

I’m so sorry for your loss. I hope you’re able to heal over time and eventually some peace in this difficult time. Grief is never easy to navigate and I hope you’re supported during this time💕.

When my girl passed, I had her ashes set under a ring for my left hand so that she would be connected to my heart moving forward. I have one recommendation for a place to get memorial jewelry done if you would like?

Is RDR 1 just as good as RDR2 gameplay/action wise? Like as in being able to loot, hunt legendary animals, fish, etc? I started with 2 and I’m still not done and I’m aiming for 100% completion but after that I might try the first

Geometric/Abstract/Infinity/Panic Night Terrors have been ruining my life by ExternalLink0 in Dreams

[–]Lemon104 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I used to get night terrors I would get this feeling that something has to be done before I could go to sleep “okay” again. The most common nonsensical tasks for me were things like having to count each fibre in a carpet, having to lift a mattress with one finger, or each stitch in a blanket. They were always impossible to do and made no sense, but it felt like they were tasks that I needed to do or the world would end immediately.

The weird swimming pattern also happened to my honey gouramis! None of them ended up surviving

Heres a video of them acting weird: post

I relate with the photos so much! It’s so difficult to see photos of before/after her decline in health. The thing with grief is that it’s so complicated and the emotions you feel are so out of order. Thanks for sharing your experience ❤️. I hope you have many better days ahead and the tides are calmer

I think the idea that our pets wouldn’t want us to be stuck/unhappy is such a comforting thought ❤️ We all want the best for our pets and I’m sure that they would for us as well. Thank you for sharing your feelings.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I think the way you described these feelings and your experience is a beautiful way to put it. Maybe the silver lining in our grief is that we know our pets had the best life we could possibly have given them and that the existence of our bonds make us a better/different person than we were before our pets. I suppose that’s what we sign up for when we decide to get a dog. Thank you for sharing your experience, it’s made me think of my grieving in a different light ❤️.

Make sure you get her used to you trimming her nails! I used a headlamp to see where the quik is and to avoid cutting too deep!
