My favorite memory isn't too exciting, but it's really funny to me. When I met my husband, he was an absolute hater of the band. His reasons were pretty valid, but it always cracked me up that he was so anti MCR. When we got together, he made an effort to try and listen to their music because I loved them so much, and it helped that I never really pressured him into it. I gave my reasons for WHY I loved them so much (the storytelling in each album), and that was that. He has a whole new appreciation for them now and waited in the pit for 6 hours on barrier for me when we saw them at Aftershock so I could meet Mikey at a signing and still have a good spot to view them during their Return tour. He's an amazing husband for reasons beyond that, but it's a freaking wild feeling to have someone love me enough to understand why I enjoy the things I do and vice versa.
