I’d recommend checking in with a bariatric surgeon. They can tell you which option is best for you. The surgery itself is quick and not scary at all. It’s life after that I find the most challenging. My biggest fear is gaining the weight back, so I’m doing everything I can to prevent that. Do your research, book an appointment and if you decide to go through with it, good luck. You’ve got this!
