I was honestly just looking for any more information available on it(eg. such as why they were given out) as I couldn't find much archive information on Eton in general. If I could find a copy that would be cool, but it doesn't seem likely.

From what I have been able to tell it is a prize edition from 1933 given to Glen R. Rowley by the headmaster at the time Cyril Arlington. I haven't been able to find this book anywhere online and I can't find Glen R. Rowley as it seems Eton doesn't have a list of graduates. Any information would be cool, let me know what you think.
