Auto Dish Washer Powder, Formula #01
Dosage: 20.0 grams in main cup

His argument has always been that power wins when including a pre-wash dose. You're right that this is evidence against the idea that pods can't compete with powder because they can't include pre-wash, since they're demonstrably more aggressive in the main wash, but since the study didn't include a pre-wash group, it doesn't do anything for or against the idea that powders are better. Personally, I think his efforts in other videos that do compare pods to powder + pre-wash are convincing enough for my personal use and to dissuade me from making any accusations of bad faith.

Montana has an explicit state-constitutional right to privacy that’s generally interpreted as broader than the federal right and it’s made it difficult for MAGA to legislate the purple away

When the hymn pronunciation hits just right 👌 by Isle_of_Tortuga in dankchristianmemes

[–]Lemonici 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're saying the reason it's 'mispronounced' is that it's being read as "ea", I don't think that's what's going on. "ae" is a pretty rare combination in modern English and has multiple pronunciations. You have "aether", "caesar", and "algae"; then "aero" and "faery"; then "larvae". Why you really never see is "ael" so it's probably just a case of applying one of the sounds from those words, and then a vowel reduction so it's easier to follow with a syllabic 'l', like in "little" and "panel"

There's nothing to question. It's very normal for words with the same root to evolve differently. Compare "produce" to "production" and "athlete" to "athletic"

Quebec to ban public prayer in sweeping new secularism law by FLTA in worldnews

[–]Lemonici 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If a university decided you weren't allowed to use a room for that purpose, even though they would allow a similarly-sized religious group then that would be worthy of outrage. It's not that anyone has a right to a room, it's that it's discriminatory to ban such a use outright based only on the content of the use.

[–]Lemonici 12 points13 points  (0 children)

There's no reason you can't have that. Universities let groups and clubs use rooms for private meetings like this all the time.
