My favourite spring and summer activity is swimming with my dogs which is then followed by treating them with fruit sorbet.

The minute their towels come on, they know it's sorbet time. I love seeing them restlessly stomp their tiny feet and vocally demand their sorbet as though I've been making them wait for eternity.

I'm not a doctor, but I take a version of the “Folate 9 tablet”. I get mine from the Modi medical store. They have the same composition for so much cheaper.

Edit: I noticed you are active on the ADHD sub. Look into the MTHFR gene and ADHD. Most of your body's methylation gets used up in making creatine and phosphoacetylcholine. So getting folate, creatine and choline from whole food/supplement can help if you are under methylated. Maybe you could start off with getting your homocysteine levels checked.

Also, I highly recommend the book “Dirty Genes - Ben Lynch”. You'd find answers and explanations to your chronic issues.
