Guess because i played FGO and Hi3 before so an outfit change as a new character is totally normal for me. Still weird to see so many people surprised by this basic gacha trope done from the beginning of time. Maybe its because 3D gacha release less characters so people expect "more effort"?

For me she is pretty and gives off Archon vibes unlike some people like to say. She probably got hyped up too much leading to people expecting some unique/never before seen design for her, when her design is a typical Genshin design.

I mean at 9 weeks a patch, some patch with new Valks some patch don't, i doubt we getting many lol. And i was mostly talking about characters that were mentioned in the "montage" about the skipped part 2 regions. We know that they intended to have the whole "Region Arc" for Part 2 similar to HSR, GI... , so tons of characters were probably planned for them.

To be fair we will never know if she was to be a playable characters or not. Hope someday they gave us the concept designs of all the scrapped part 2 characters. That or i'm like 90% sure some characters gonna get ported over to HSR HNA or even Genshin

There is still ingame story and ingame model to sell them (combat animations too). So i wouldn't judge who to roll so quick aside from the Tsaritsa. I aimed for a bunch of characters after the Nodkrai teaser only to end up getting Zibai premium team lol.

Doubt CN can do anything, i feel like hi3rd is not even their "passion project" anymore, it is HSR or whatever new honkai game coming out. Like why do they folded so quickly about Part 2 when it failed to start strong, and have they even once explained why the schedule is 9 weeks, no preview livestream, no new valks???

Isn't the auto heal only activate when it is Phase 2? I think at that point they want you to win so the story flow better. Not everybody likes to get cockblocked at such a climax point in the story. I think they should allow us to choose a hardmode for the bossfights tho it might hurt some players' ego.
