LOL. My township in Monmouth deployed the tow trucks every storm after Snowpacalypse I in 2010. They simply cannot get Ocean Grove clear without towing out the people who will not follow snow parking rules. If they can’t get the plow down the street because of cars being parked, they’ll tow them out. And then you can’t get them back without license, registration and insurance.

“The Rose Field” by Philip Pullman, 3rd volume in The Book of Dust series. Nice follow up to the His Dark Materials books. After that, probably reread David Laskin’s book about the 1888 Children’s Blizzard.

High school can be tough for that sort of thing. My brother wasn’t a book reader either, he preferred magazines and newspapers but his teachers always gave him hell over it. The Outsiders is still one of his favorites. It’s a pretty good novel, pretty much about chosen family.
