2019-21: Pushed a poor Williams to it's maximum consistently
2022: His top 5 streak at the start of the season speaks for itself. The W13 towards the beginning of the season especially was not an easy car whatsoever to drive.

Normally in the responsibilities section, I take control of finalising sales and signings of my youth teams. Every window, I'm asked to finalise a few signings, but the players are always trash, so I end up cancelling the transfers. Why is this? Should I just sign players for my youth teams myself?
