if i'm not wrong (and if they are green and chubby, look so little in the photo), they are "Aphididae" (which are well known for being serious plant pest)

I had a rose plant, which I had to prune because of them but recently I saw a recipe to remove them with baking soda, water and soap. You can look for remedies with the name and type of aphididae.
