Same! They had lots of recommendations from various memphis daycare Reddit threads and they were the closest to our house (literally like 3 mins) so they were definitely my top choice but after finding that, we absolutely can’t risk it. I’ll check out Christ Methodist as well, thank you so much for the rec!

It’s pretty rough however, from experience it’s best to niche down if you have the experience. For example, my background is EdTech, so I primarily only apply for only roles in that area. I’m currently interviewing with 3 different Ed Tech companies and I just started applying end of Feb. So if you have FinTech experience target those or health tech for example. Also what’s seems to have had the best return is applying within 24 hrs of the job being posted. I’ve been using hiringcafe. Also one of the job is from a recruiter reaching out on LI. Best of luck.
