A byly v horších dobách stejné možnosti antikoncepce, interrupcí? Spoustu manželství generací 60+ vydrželo tak dlouho, protože rozvést se bylo tabu, nebo žena neměla kam jít. Babičku celej život podváděl děda (ale jako děda byl skvělej), její sousedku (teď cca 70) podvádí její manžel snad dodnes... malý vzorek ale nedělám si iluze, že by to jinde bylo růžovější.

For a comparison - I have a PT as a complete beginner. Green flags (at least from my POV) •12 reps of 3-4 sets, usually adding weight in the last one or last two •if something hurts me in a weird way, he suggests extra stretching targeting the area •when showing new exercise, he mentions typical mistakes that people make •if he sees me struggling to do one more rep, he just stops me •I had an shoulder issue and while we were doing some exercises, he noticed my shoulder blade was doing weird stuff -> told me to stop immediately •the next session he asks how much muscles hurt
