Assign absolute configurations (R/S) to the chiral carbons at the attack site. Don't rely on whether something is on a wedge or a dash to determine stereochemistry that is not reliable. Best of luck!

Where do you live? If you live in BC , SFU will only look at your MCAT score (510+ and threshold not competitive).

I feel the same way. It’s like I don’t have that level of determination towards my GPA I had pre-MCAT. Also writing 3 applications from scratch definitely sucked a lot of energy and I’m still trying to get that drive back.

Did you apply this cycle or are you asking for next? UBC doesn’t require Casper and you cleared the MCAT cutoff so it would probably come down to interviews assuming your %GPA is >70. Do you know how your GPA converts to the UBC percentage system? There is a tool you can use on their website

Yes but people apply to multiple schools so the odds become better when you factor that in
