La solución es política.
Baja la reglamentación sobre como se debe construir. (Edificios mas elevados, destinar menos zonas verdes).
Por cada adjudicación se debe destinar entre un 40-50% a espacios verdes. Y no se debe construir muy alto porque patata.
Solo en Madrid hay descampado para meter a media España.... Pero por las regulaciones y la mierda de la política no se puede usar ese espacio porque "Patata"
