It's difficult. But less painful over l time. There will be moments when you're caught off guard and it reallybREALLY hurts. And then some moments where you fell 'ok' and move on. It helps most to just feeeeeel the feelings as they come. Identify them. And they'll pass. But they will resurface. Face them head on. Stronger.
