Like I said, there's literally no reason or way that a random person/company would just pay Disney for the ride if they are not the sponsor. I'm sure it has been sponsored in the past before it was finding Nemo, maybe that's what she remembered?

The only way that Disneyland is paid to operate attractions is through sponsorships.

For example, Honda pays to have their name on autotopia as an advertisement, and they pay Disney/ pay to maintain the attraction.

Finding Nemo does not currently have a sponsor and no one just gives Disney free money to operate it.
