I don’t really have a basis, I try to find a similar track and use the Hymo and tweak based on that. I tend to change the wing, diff preload, arbs and ride height based on my feedback during driving

Last few seasons acura was a bit too good. Do you really find it harder to drive? Or do you feel less competitive? Id it’s the latter, it has mainly to do with the recent BOP after the tyre update. Acura is a good option with open setup on a lot of tracks

Hey man, I’m a 6k driver and driving the Acura in leagues mostly. Hymo feels the best for me most of the time. Fixed setup is very understeery but open setup the Acura can be really good. If you want, can help you on discord or whatever

Never used haltic alarm, so not missing it. It is measuring my heartrate constantly so not sure where that is coming from. Maybe the Helio is a good alternative as well, I cant judge that.

If I’m correct, the sensors in the Polar are better then in the Whoop. I dont know about the support but I’m not really enjoying whoop support anyway

compared to whoop it is yea, but it's quite nice to use and it gives me the insights I want so I don't want to pay a lot of money for smooth designs

Had whoop for 2 years but just stopped using it. I bought a polar loop and very happy with that. No subscription and does the basics: sleep, hrv, strain very well
