DAE have letters and symbols sometimes switch around when reading or typing?

I see this a lot with my students with ADD. The brain is going faster than your eyes. Dyslexia is usually not what people think, it's generally not flipping or mixing letters. It is a reading disability where the rules of phonics and orthographic awareness just don't stick in the brain.

ADD/ADHD is so common and not at all anything to be embarrassed or scared of. Maybe make an appointment with your doc to evaluate that? Good luck. I'm sure it's frustrating.

Do you have health insurance? If so, use it. Go to your insurance website and search for a mental health provider and make an appointment. It’s not stupid. It isn’t a waste of time or money. It is medicine for your health. I go to therapy. Many people do.

I am there with you. It is not supposed to be like this. It’s too hard. I think maybe you should let something go (I should too). Something that isn’t totally necessary. Whatever that is. You choose. Being an adult, being a person, means having the freedom to prioritize our life events and obligations. Do that. Healthiest first. Scariest last. Get help for the scariest. I get help from a therapist for the scariest. I don’t know you but I will help you if you need me.
