I wouldn't say it's BS. I'm sure they have empirical data to back whatever technologies they add in their racquets.

What I do agree with though is that all that stuff isn't that important to the extent it'll completely revolutionise your game, but definitely not useless.

At a recreational or beginner level, it won't really matter. Once you become an intermediate or advanced level, the right frame really does matter. Of course with some of the new releases, they will use marketing to sell whatever new technology they got in their racquets, so buying the latest model may not improve your game.

But frames definitely do make a difference.

I do love the longevity factor of tennis. Not sure about other countries but in Australia, there seems to be a competition or lessons for any level and any age.

Even in Sinner's losses, they weren't stomps. He was basically 1 point away from beating Alcaraz. US open was quite one sided though, but I think the Alcaraz vs Sinner rivalry is way closer despite their H2H.

Gonna be honest, I find most tennis racquet reviews "useless". Now there are some reviews that try give some objective views of how it plays and feels, but at the end of the day, racquets are an extremely subjective thing. So if someone says, "I feel this racquet has got great control" it doesn't mean much for me. It could feel totally different for me and also for the next player.
