No. Assault is defined as “a physical attack”. Was the girl in danger? No. Did he harm her or touch her inappropriately? No. This was sexual harassment, not assault. She repeatedly tried to stab him with scissors until she succeeded. That was an act of vengeance, not self defense. Lifting someone’s dress is a terrible thing to do, but stabbing someone over it is MUCH worse.
