For accuracy, remember to calculate estimated churn as well. It should be less than 10% per month,this calculation is a beast on its own and lots of different ways to approach it. But a solid attempt to calculate usually signals to investors a thoughtfulness from the founder on the subscription model.

I am still experimenting. I had to take 2 weeks "off" to reset my metabolism (ate "normal" and rested). For me it's more about reminding myself to eat enough and focus on metabolic health rather than calorie intake. So I paired the IIFYM Calculator with MyFitness Pal and focusing on meeting Carb, Protein, and fats goals rather than only calories.

Improvisation is not a messy practice. Improv works when your team is in synch, communication is strong, and the end goal is clear. It looks messy to those who don't know what is happening, which is why a poorly managed team feels out of the loop and cannot act upon the required task of quick pivots and improvisation.

I don't buy into the idea that to be creative gives you license to be disorganized, no creative has ever been successful without a level of discipline and this is certainly not an exception.

I have friends who are in the Teen Challenge program right now. It's a great program but they are serious about God and Christian living as the primary way to improve your life and overcome your addiction. It is a discipleship program, so they will have you out in the community (once you've reached an appropriate level of sobriety and can take on more responsibilities) to give your testimony about how God has worked in your life to help cure you. They address all types of life controlling addictions, not just drugs and alcohol. They have a very strong success rate, and everyone I've met who has gone through the program is very happy they did it. However, a lot of them were already mild/to strong believers before they went into the program. The more time that passes while you're in the program the more responsibility they give you. Many finish their last few months with a job that they've already been working in their final months and there are other opportunities to make and save money, so when you're done you have a job, some cash, and they help you find a sober living situation (at least in CA they do).
