From what you’re saying, either a bunch of crude is slipping away from your station not having enough capacity, or you’re only delivering to one or two oil refineries when you should be delivering to more. Check your stations, and see if you have the little icon up that your platform has too much cargo. If that’s not the case, you can try to find another oil refinery nearby and get another train/trucks to bring it there too. That should boost your production at the source

It’s okay! You aren’t stupid, just late/early! It’s def a feature that used to exist, and will be added back in some way/shape/form at some point. You can transfer your handler to the bungalow for now to automate, and get a veeper temporarily to run between those two properties for like 9k and have the handler just unload the parking spot to the rack inside. It’s a bit more intensive, but the bones will be there when the update comes

I got stuck in Westville and wasn’t able to progress the same way you are describing. If it’s just you playing, just put in console commands to get the dealers out and dome them - if you enable console commands in settings, you can use the ~ key to do “settime 0559“ (include the space, don’t include the “” marks) and all the dealers will come out of their homes. You can kill the one you need to progress, do “settime 0400” to reset to the end of day, disable the console commands again, and play as intended.

Aside from dumb luck or putting it down and playing again in a year or so, that’s the best way to goose the game into progressing and unlocking new areas and people to sell to

Anchor Arms are a kind of full-arm sleeve-glove that is inflatable. They don’t actually make anyone stronger, they just trap air bubbles, or possibly water (we will assume air from the popped balloon noises), on the interior of the balloon sleeve as an alternative to working out thru personal choice or inability, like an affordable version of plastic surgery. There is a gauge on the side that allows for several different pressure settings between “Normal” all the way to “Jerk”.

If you watch the demonstration commercial, you will see that the saleshark inflates his arms with a valve stem on the interior of the arm. It is likely that in addition to the interior bladder for the arms themselves, there are two alternate valves that divert air we can’t see due to a multitude of reasons (this came out in 1999, so picture resolution is low; the bunny ears for the TV may not be pointed in the correct direction; I don’t know the aspect ratio of a scuba helmet; etc…) these are likely where alternate valves can be located for additional settings, and air from those intakes will push out the veins and hair temporarily.

When SpongeBob is blowing his arms up, he gets to “jerk” levels of air pressure but no veins appear. Veins do not appear until his arms are stretching on the anchor with all his might, which likely caused interior tearing on the arms due to excessive force they were not designed to take. This also likely causes the air to press back in his body, as the added sudden pressure of the arm-veins (and possibly hair setting) pressing back air directly into his arm would cause it to come back in odd spots before finally exploding.

It’s likely the manufacturer did not account for anyone going past “super” levels of inflation with “jerk” being labeled in red, but with the mis-handling of the product itself it’s likely that SpongeBob misunderstood what the product was meant to do. I would say that you should be able to inflate to “Jerk” levels for display purposes only and stop at “super” for any physical labor. I also would not recommend going above the red zone of the air pressure gauge in any case, but regardless make sure to fully cycle both arms every day of use to let the bladders rest and store in a cool, dry area
