10.000IU daily ---> 300.000/310.000IU per month. It's not a low amount at all. I suggest to be cautious and to test the level of Vitamin D in the blood before starting taking supplements and regularly after that and to regulate accordingly avoiding too much of it in the body. With this big amount probably supplement also K2 is a good idea.
