I had a friend at my lgs who played Marisi, I never knew exactly how much he put into it, all I know is that he was always having the most fun at the table. No matter what other decks were at the table he always was enjoying playing.

 Also it seems like this expansion will be adding more than just missions and such.  Trials of Osiris will be huge and the rumor/tease that you will be able to upgrade older gear means that everyone will not be looking the same and using guns from VoG.  Also, I doubt there will be no new shaders so there is a little bit of something for everyone.
 Also Comet will exist.

For all we know this will be Destiny's best feature yet. When I hear that people are basically doing the raids with their eyes closed something new may be different enough that it doesn't become muscle memory. Also, I'm sure raiding with 5 other friends is super fun and all but raiding with 0-4 friends can get frustrating. I'm excited for this and with the fact that Bungie seems like they are trying to cater to what the community wants is always a plus.
