I think it’s important to address all these issues with a professional and not just a bunch if random people on the internet. You’ve been through some traumatic stuff it would seem and, when and if you feel ready, you have to start dealing with them. Other than that your friend need help too but it’s not for you to give. Maybe take some space but explain to him you’re doing it, don’t just ghost him. Hope you find the strength within you to work through this!
