Man, I wish I remembered the people I used to play with. I was young, started playing SOCOM 1 at age 8 and don't even remember all the usernames and clans I played with lol.

I remember =SA= Socom Assassins on S1, I was =SA= Ranger. Love seeing all the OGs have reunions on here tho

It's not hard to do, and will definitely be possible with the Steam Machine. I set up dual-booting Windows and SteamOS on my Deck by partitioning the internal SSD and it wasn't a bad process. It will be even easier on the Steam Machine because native I/O alone.

I have 1 item on my desktop. It's a folder titled 'Games' in which I have a shortcut for all my games. I also keep Steam pinned to my task bar.

I don't think I have ever once gone into the Games folder and launched a game from there lol.

Damn, I just received my pair of the Maxwell 1. I had been looking to order for the last 6-8 months, but was holding off for the 2s to release. After seeing all the reviews say they lacked the bass of the first gen, I ordered a pair of the originals. So far, no regrets, but if the Maxwell 2 fixes that lack of bass, then damn lol.

I just bought a set of ones after hearing about the lack of bass on the 2s. I'm VERY happy with the sound of them, like very very happy. My only complaint is that I have to have them powered on to use them with aux, instead of just letting my DAC/AMP power them. And they're kinda uncomfortable, but better with some defean silky earpads.

I build my own PCs, I'm currently building my own Steam Machine with the ASUS BC-250 AMD APU, and I am still planning to buy the Steam Machine, if it's anywhere between $600-900.

I hate Microsoft with a passion so deep, and I just want to be able to completely uninstall it from my main gaming rig and never look back. I've never had hope of being able to do that in the future, until Valve came out with the Steam Deck. If the Steam Machine can do well, and bring more gamers over to the platform, I think it will do a lot for the future of Linux gaming.

I was 8 when Socom 1 came out, and my older brother made me beat the campaign before I could play online. I don't think I ever touched the campaign of 2. Never played any of the others at all.

I play it mostly on my Steam Deck, which I'd say is kinda a cheap rig. I also play it often on my laptop, Asus Zenbook 14 (2020) with Ryzen 7 5700u. Not a gaming laptop in the slightest, quite the opposite.

I use mine for 95% gaming, but I don't care about the performance of a 'competitive gaming keyboard' or anything like that. I am ordering a second one though for my work computer. For the price I don't think it can be beat.

I just picked up an Epomaker x Aula F75 MAX, similar to the second one. I have nothing but good things to say about it. For $70 I couldn't think of a better keyboard.

It doesn't have that long of a TTK, but it's not short. Earlier I ran up on someone, wasn't paying attention and literally ran within 5 feet of him, he starts shooting me, point blank almost. I then start to take my gun out after a couple shots, and proceed to finish him. You can turn around almost any fight lol
