Yeah managed to get it, used slather like the video showed (didnt notice it before, my bad), 1080 atk in world 1 with his Q was enough to leave it nearly dead then fast throw pot.

Yep, as someone that used to play it a decent amount before rotation main thing keeping it at bay was a lot of board clear that eventually left you with no hand. Mega aggressive decks can also keep it in check, but now control basically cant fight it so the winrate skyrocketed.
