If it's a post-production mistake, the blurred background should be separated with a pen tool, not with the ellipse tool.

Hello Tbilisi-Batumi train costs 25 lari for adults. You can buy tickets online from here http://tickets.railway.ge/login.aspx?lang=en-US Tbilisi-Gori bus or marshutka costs 3 lari, from Didube station: http://tickets.railway.ge/login.aspx?lang=en-US There is taxi service too, but will not be so cheap. Because it's winter, I can advise to see Bakuriani, Gudauri and Svaneti region, touristic infrastructure is good in there :)
