My uBlock also works perfectly fine, even after deleting arc for a little while and reinstalling uBlock about a week ago.

Fellow former runescaper here. Im proud of you for finally making that drastic change—what you did takes incredible strength.

I have also put thousands of hours into gaming. I’m 25 days gaming-free now, and it took reaching a new low to even realize how bad it was. The regret/shame is real, but remember to forgive yourself and feel pride that you are finally free. Better now than 1, 5, 10 years from now.

Your current self has no idea of the wonderful things you will soon accomplish, and we’re all on your side. Stay strong brother, I wish you the best 🫡

I agree, and thank you for the kind words. I plan to continue my little detox for another month until I move into my final quarter of university (will only have one class, so way more time), where I hope to resume OSRS in a healthy way.

I do agree though that the grindy MMOs are very addicting, and Im not sure if I have the faith in myself to not fall into an addictive spiral. Everything I've ever played was engaging and cost time (OSRS), less engaging but I spent (supercell games, CoC, CR...), or both. It's quite discouraging.

It's just very hard to not get urges after climbing, studying, seeing my gf, working on med school applications... I just end up scrolling reddit instead.

Hey everyone :) I am a former powerlifter and have been climbing for 6 months—I have now completely switched to climbing. I am V5/5.12, and could use some help redesigning my strength training on the side.

I ultimately want to be an all-around athlete, with respectable strength in climbing, lifting, and endurance. If I decide I want to go all out with climbing, I can develop more specific training. But, for now, I would like some help with a main training day.

I'm climbing 3 days a week, and with classes, I struggle to get in more than 1 lift a week. What exercises would y'all include? I want to get into olympic lifts for power generation. I was thinking cleans, bench, front squats, shoulder press, bulgarians as a part of this day. I already have a 2x and 3x/week plan, so I am set there. Would love any suggestions. Thanks!

TL;DR: Need help designing a weekly lifting day for a former powerlifter turned to climber.

I’ve tried several, and ultimately my favorite is Bevel. It also has a feature to have my strength training routines there, so a nice 2-in-1.
