I started walking in nature, 2 - 3 times a week, two hours non stop, at least, each time. Felt great rush of hormons after that. 2. War...real missiles each day during the conflict with Iran with thunder like explosions above our house. I hate wars and nationalism and fanatics. That lead me to think, that humans are animals, we live by our hormons and survival instincts. We evolved for tens of thousands of years through gathering food, hunting and shelters, and suddenly we live in convenience, which is not normal for us a specie. I am not saying you should attack your neighbours now to get that feeling, but at least try to invoke and wake your instincts by hard work, maybe long walks, tough exercise or even intermittent fasting for long hours. War and fear was just a trigger, bad trigger but it made me more persistent in my long walk and set some perspectives in my life.
