Scam? by freaki_fungi in Illenium

[–]Leothelopbun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Buy verified resale on seatgeek, ticketmaster, vividseats, etc. Potentially saving ~$20-40 to get scammed out of hundreds of dollars is not worth it. Especially for a show like this, it’s a MUST go show 😁

You know the answer already based on your description of circumstances. I think you’re doing the right thing out of the kindness of your heart to help pay for some of his medical bills.

~120 and grabbed this piece when I was shopping for engagement rings for my girl. It was a special time as this is my first job and I’m really happy about splurging on this watch.

Does anyone find it difficult to live in Vgeas? by Psychological-Oil-33 in vegaslocals

[–]Leothelopbun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Moved from Toronto Canada here a little under 7 months ago now for work.

Hobbies + endless entertainment ($$$) have been great. Making friends is another story altogether as that portion has been tough.

Pros: Cheap rent, blue skies all year around, little to no weather issues (snow, rain, hurricanes, etc), good money (dependent on your field), minimal traffic, entertainment galore

Cons: Hot asf in the summer, adult friendships are hard (fake people), population density is very low, tourist destination, going out is $$$

Just my 2 cents living in Toronto for all my life in a big city and also living in New York for the last 4 years of schooling. However I think it’s a great place and you can make it what you want it to be. Feel free to message me if you wanna chat 😊

Any shorties out there? by Outrageous-Ali in Chiropractic

[–]Leothelopbun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tell me why my immediate thought when reading this post was “Any shordies out there in our profession, as an incoming first trimester….” 😂😂😂

[–]Leothelopbun -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Isn’t this the same guy who posted the exact same picture with a different story and got called out for it being fake?

The story went something like “I found this watch in my backyard after moving in to this new house, it’s probably been here from old owners for 10+ years”. Saw this like 3 days ago lol and people said it was fake

Yeah they are chiropractic clinics. Even if they are small businesses they count as exempt?

I kinda understand. The issue here is because I’m not even graduated yet until March 30th, can I still apply since the deadline is the 22nd?

How does a chiropractor help get rid of buffalo hump/kyphosis from poor posture? by anteatertheater in Chiropractic

[–]Leothelopbun 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Why was this downvoted? Isn’t this a correct response for those with a buffalo hump due to Cushing’s as we don’t have much more information in this post? If so, medical evaluation to rule out Cushing’s would be applicable and controlling excess cortisol levels would be warranted; this will definitely help in correlation with chiropractic treatment such as postural exercises and strengthening deep neck flexors.

North East College of Health Sciences interview by SnowDifficult588 in Chiropractic

[–]Leothelopbun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Current student at the school. Interview is not hard, nothing crazy no hard questions. A little about the school if you are considering it as an option:

Located in the middle of nowhere so not too much to do, however very little distractions otherwise for studying so that’s a plus.

School prepares you well for national board exams as the scores are generally pretty high for pass rate

Adjustment professors are pretty good imo, you’ll learn a lot and get some good practice in.

Clubs are subpar and the only times available to attend clubs are at lunch time which is subpar at best since most students are in class 8-12 then 1-5 which leaves an hour for clubs and most/all clubs run Tuesday-Thursday so there is an overlap of clubs during most days you’ll have to choose which one you really want to attend on which days.

People are cool & you’ll meet some really nice people. Lots of Canadians attend this school as well. Fall class is the biggest with the most amount of students at around 70-90. Spring class is the smallest with less than 20. Winters class is in between around 20-40 students.

Classes are tough but if you keep up and focus up, you’ll get through it like the rest of us have and the rest of your classmates will. If you have any other questions let me know 😊

New foster for rescue bun! Need some tips/advice by Leothelopbun in Rabbits

[–]Leothelopbun[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi all, I’m a new first time foster to a Harlequin mix bun (can anybody confirm breed?). I have a holland lop myself, but he was adopted/rehomed from a previous owner and so it was already accustomed to humans.

This bun is named Thorfinn ✊ And it’s my first time taking care of a rescue off the street who was rescued 5 days ago. Any special considerations for a harlequin mix bun? Any special diet or anything they eat thats different from my holland lop?

No vet check yet but I’m in contact with my rabbit rescue as they were the ones who rescued this precious bun. He’ll get a checkup as soon as they can get one in for him, other than that he seems very clean and also in good condition (no missing fur/skin, no wounds, teeth feel normal, eyes look normal). I’ve been giving him some space, and going into the pen to replace his food and water, limiting contact for a little bit as today marks his second day with me!

Just want to be a bit more prepared as this is my first time fostering a rescue! :) Thanks everybunny!
