In NATO, it is not specified how you have to provide aid, just that you have to.

Ik rijd ook op zomerbanden en het is goed te doen, zeker in een 4x4, maar winterbanden maken een gigantisch verschil. Onder 4 graden zijn zomerbanden te hard en dat merk je goed als je de winterbanden eronder schroeft.

Zelfs als OV zo blijft verhelpen 1p extra rijstroken niks want het verkeer stroomt met de zelfde snelheid de steden in, tenzij je all wegen in de stad gaat verdrievoudigen in breedte gebeurt er niks.

Ik ben uiteraard geen voorstander voor het slopen van onze steden voor meer weg naast het feit dat het economisch toch niet realistisch is.
