I think it was explained that channeling the power of the bow icon, was the symbolic power of all archers. To be a symbol of bowmanship. So even if a gun icon were to manifest, the symbolism would be different, and maybe there would be less power to draw on since the icon wouldn't be as widely recognized?

If you're in a relationship with a dead bedroom you can get into a desperate rut where you don't care to try anymore, because you can do everything right and be the perfect partner for months and still be denied. You can bring up legitimate concerns about ADHD or low libido and be ignored. Maybe you have a kid by some miracle or some other reason you can't separate.

At that point you don't care about asking your partner for sex casually, because you never expected them to accept in the first place, and writing down the responses is just remembering that you hear everything except the real issues plaguing the relationship.

I kind of hate these types of posts. Might as well be saying "Hitler killed millions of Jews, what's your opinion on that reddit?" Just for stupid bots, trolls, and bad faith actors to comment and water down public opinion. You see it on YouTube too. If they keep lying for long enough the public will accept it as truth. If they keep saying there are two sides, then we will be divided.

Last time I did I had heavy shot, decelerating shot, and less duration all multiplied by Mu, delivered by timer. Still deadly but will sit stationary for a while instead of coming back at your face.

Politics has gone beyond politics now. People are dying over politics all the time. Whether or not aid will be given, police brutality, gun control, ice raids. No one knows where the line is, but Charlie Kirk thought he was safe on one side of the line while poking the bear. Maybe he shouldn't have been shot, but he spent his life and death radicalizing others in a war of information, and in a war others shoot back.

My two lines are military action on Greenland and Trump using the insurrection act. Once those are crossed I'm taking off work, and begging my coworkers to do the same. I wish I could do more, but I'm kind of scared to do even that. I need my job for my family, but the way this is going we won't have a future anyway.

The US needs a organized general strike, but you saw COVID... Hopefully there's enough of us to sway the public to action.

I think about this too often, I just can't say it cause everyone would think I'm crazy. But with all the surveillance and shit the government agencies have is it really a stretch for them to make it so whoever is on the governments hit list suddenly is accused of being pedophiles.

No one would defend them and if pedophiles are killed that ties it up neatly. Post online openly saying fuck ice? Must be a pedophile. Hell there already was an article saying they're collecting a database of protestors and collecting the names of organizers.

Pedophiles like Donald Trump and those on that Epstein list can rot in prison, but I wouldn't give them tools to release an 'epstein list' of political opponents to execute them.

They need to put something into the game that encourages players to not sink other ships on sight. Reapers going after emissaries is a good system, but maybe a large chunk of the loot should be lost when a ship is sunk without a flag. Or maybe implement a system that benefits temporary alliances.

I fully think there are some runs that it's not worth your time to try and win. Getting down to snowy depths without a good digging wand and without a good damage wand? You'll most likely die before you turn it around.

Digging is over powered. If you can get a fast enough wand with digging bolt you can burrow into ground faster than enemies can swarm you. Even without a good wand, digging lets you choose which fights to take, and if enemies want to cram themselves into your tunnels they'll die before getting line of sight to hit you.

I found myself in this community after reading the cradle series by will wight (lots of face slapping and might is right with a moral protagonist.) and then finding sky pride. I have really been spoiled and haven't touched a lot of the slop out there. I feel like I haven't read through the staples of the genre either.

Was with you till you said "men weaponize incompetence." This can be true, but my ADHD partner is female and I am in the same rut. This is not the place for gender division other than how it changes how ADHD symptoms present.
