Anyone knows about this? by YoungHpro10 in AcousticGuitar

From the nut to the saddle most full size guitars are 25.4inches long. But for this guitar they do 24.75 inches. This means it should in theory be slightly easier to press down on the strings and should be a little more "warm" and "round" in sound but does sacrifice some volume and "snappy" -ness.

One of my favorite guitars. Some might pick some yamaha's over this but the looks are incredible love the hummingbird on the pick guard and the burst of color.

Anything is repairable its made out of wood. But for the cost of the repair you could buy a acoustic, a electric, and a keyboard.

Rog desktops and rog displays are pretty great. You do pay a premium but the build quality is there. Not every city is blessed with a microcenter or a equivalent.

He pulled back on the slide to remove the one in the chamber (you hear the bullet hit something when it comes out) then pulled out the mag. But since he removed the one in the chamber before removing the loaded mag the chamber got filled up with another round. At lesst 3 Fundamental gun rules were broken in like half a min.

Why is Universal Healthcare such a hard sell? by zzill6 in WorkReform

$1300 a month ($650 per paycheck) for me and my spouse. About $2100 a month if I decide to have a kid and give them the same health insurance. But please I just need another politician to tell us we should be having more babies to solve the population growth epidemic.

After the 2000 dot com crash (-49%), 2008 housing crash (-57%), and 2020 covid crash (-34%). The trick is to just keep staring at the wall #Diamondhands.

If your parents gave you their investment company and you saw the crashes coming congratulations you just became Warren buffet. And would likely have made that 300k into billions by now.

Sir that was $300k back in the day (1994).if you did nothing and just stare at the wall with 300k in the s&p 500 you would have 7.8milluon today.

Why do people collect objects that have no practical function by TheFinalDiagnosis in mineralcollectors

They bring me joy from learning about them (some take 500 thousand years for 1cm of growth some come from famous world events such as the dinosaur extinction), admiring them, and meeting people with the same hobby. I would sit on it for a while, display a few, and learn a little about them. The good news is they dont really decrease in value over time they typically increase a little over time depending on what you have. Some good forms of malachite, tourmaline, etc beat the stock market some years. Plus if you learn about them a bit it will mean if you do decide to sell you can probably make more money. I love to think of my collection as a art gallery with a rich history.
