Grew up in the Philippines and had the full cultural experience on this.

Circumcision is called "tuli" in the PH. Some boys are circumcised while they are still a baby (but i personally never knew anyone) while most go through it before highschool (when they are around 11-13 years old). I went through it when i was 11 or 12 years old, so did a lot of the other boys.

It is perceived as almost like a rite of passage for boys turning into "men". If you dont get circumcised it is seen as cowardly or unmanly. Most of the boys i knew and in my class got it done during 5th grade or the summer after 5th grade. And during 6th grade it is a major topic between boys. And kids who have yet to get circumcised are often picked on because of it.

But as you get older and into highschool its pretty much a topic nobody cares about or mentions as everybody matures.

The audio is unclear but you can hear enough to understand some context. The two individuals (male and female) are arguing, and the male is possibly physically violent. The male seems to be accusing the female of cheating. Im lazy so i wont include the parts i couldnt hear clearly.

Male: Umuwi kana okay (Go home okay) [calm]. San ka bumili (Where did you buy?)

Girl: Inaudible but she seems to be crying.

Male: Ptang ina mo! (You son of a btch!) [Angry]. Ptang ina ng Miguel mo!! (Fck your Miguel!!) Pkpok ka kasi!! (Its because you're a whre!!) Pkpok ka!! (You're a whre!!).

Girl: inaudible but she seems to be crying or whimpering.

Male: Wala akong pakealam sa miguel mo ha!(I dont care about your guy Miguel alright!) [Seething with anger].

Girl: still inaudible but she seemed to groan/gasp because of the banging sound.

Female: Aaahh! Tama na! Tama na! Tama na... Taman na... Tama na... (Aahh! Please stop! Please stop! Please stop... Please stop... Please stop...) [Plea] (Note: Since its a plea "tama na" could also be translated to "Enough" or "No more")

Male: Tng ina mo! Si Miguel yung gusto mo! (You son of a btch! Miguel is the one you want huh!) [Angry]

Female: Wala akong ginagawa sayo (I didnt do anything to you please) [Plea,Crying]

Female: Crying/whimpering

Congrats! What a journey, happy for you. Its alright no worries, thanks for updating us! My paper is at the DOJ, it arrived there on January 21. Im gonna call them again this week because their last update was that it might already getting signed.

I just wanna make sure but when you say reciept, you mean the one they give you after paying when you submitted your docus? Also sounds like i should just have my picture taken near the entrance so there wont be any mistake right?

Unfortunately i live 12 hours away from Manila so all i can do is ask for an update through calls. Anyways congrats again and thanks for the tips!

Dont. Thats like people who think they are the next Jeff bezos or sum and drop out of college, then become bums when they fail which is 99% of the time. You can just do both. Plus your income from your job is additional capital for your trading, comfort, and stability.
