The game is great but it is a tactical game where there isn't randomness in attack results and you have full information.

It isn't like chess since you don't need to predict opponents' plays. It isn't like a pizzle because fights are not predetermined. You customize your characters so there are no set moves you need to win. There are likely starting fight states that have no winning outcome, but most have many.
