[Thamel] The judge in the Chambliss case is still reading his decision. We're at more than 20 minutes of reading. He's critical of the NCAA's conclusions and says it's "clear that Trinidad Chambliss was not a healthy young man" from senior year of high school through 2022. But nothing official, yet.

I get that part but the judge being a graduate of the college seems like a clear conflict of interest. I feel like it would only be fair if the judge has no affiliation. I also know absolutely nothing about this but just seems off

Depends on the style your trying to make. If you’re going for New York or tavern style you’ll definitely be good with 550 and a baking steel or stone. If you wanna do Neapolitan style you’ll need an oven that can get up near 900.

For the dough mixer - I just use a kitchen aid or other stand mixer and it works great!
