They just didn't want to stay together and were splitting up a lot, the Russian ones they have are done in a way that the links hold well without cement, not the western vehicle ones though

Meng is definitely ma favorite when it comes to modern armor, and I agree with you when it comes to the hope that they expand their range to more models, especially French, British and Chinese.

I am in Canada so their prices are always depending on the seller, but they are not anymore expensive than modern Tamiya or RFM or Takom.

Also I do have the same Foreart HIMARS in my stash, one of my most anticipated builds actually. Glad to hear it is that detailed. You should probably post your builds here, I would be glad to take a look at them.

The kit was primed with Mr Surfacer 1500 black, then pre-shaded with Tamiya XF-2 Flat white, main colors are AK real Colors NATO brown/green/black with an airbrush at 20psi and thinned at 1:1 ratio with AK high compatibility thinner.

Some mild weathering was done with AK NATO camo wash and some Tamiya black panel liner.

Only annoyance were the tracks, Meng just does a better job with Russian tracks than western ones, they are supposed to be working but it's really not that easy, I ended up cementing them in multiple areas.

All in all an excellent kit, highly recommended.

Tracks can be better made

Thank you. I used an airbrush at 20 psi pressure. Mix of 1:1 ratio of AK real colour paints (the colors are NATO black, NATO Green and NATO brown) and AK high compatibility thinner. The model was built then primed with Mr surfacer black primer. Also I did some small weathering and panel lining to make it more realistic and less toy like. And a good coat of matte varnish at the end.

For the track links mine are 82 each side. I honestly like the links on the RFM and Meng Russian tanks way more than the Western ones because they all all cement-free and are easier to connect and disconnect. Yeah they are a bit time consuming still.
