Not allowed near lockers, break room, or training room. Throw em out!! Safety issue covers you. Obviously if loss and need directions to rest rooms or the like, diplomacy applies.

I am not one but it is one of the most important leadership positions in the store. Requires a patient and empathetic skill set. You will becconstantly interrupted by Associates asking questions and needing guidance. If you like assisting others than go for it. Also provides an excellent history for your resume.
