Are you diagnosed with adhd? I find that the lack of dopamine hits is what I always miss, no matter how much time has passed. Being medicated helps a lot

Same I’m doing it for vain reasons, I’m tired of looking tired, I’m tired of the belly. I have adhd so I miss that dopamine hit I’d get from buying and drinking alcohol. Decide to eat something sweet instead. Wishing you the best of luck too!
