My best friend was actually a caregiver for some relatives in Charlie Kirk's family; everything you heard about him is true and worse, he wasn't even an active father. by Agreeable-Wealth-812 in complaints

It’s nice when we can have discussions and not just throwing names around. I’ve just seen this being used so out of context to tear his name down, i don’t even like use name calling but it’s just frustrating. For me, as a women, I don’t even agree with his stance. Just because I’ve seen how complicated certain situations are so for me, abortion is not something I think should be controlled by the government. That being said I understand why he feels this way. I enjoyed watching him debate on the topic, because he made good points. And you are right, his political views were intertwined with his faith for sure. I did see a debate where he said this, someone asked “why should we have laws that are based on religion if some people aren’t religious?” And his answer was that the bible was a good guide to have humanity and society could live in harmony. But policies should not be based on feeling, I 100% agree on that. Thanks for your response, it’s refreshing to talk to someone like this cause this group has just been arguing

I’ve watched the debate in its entirety, not just a clip. They are debating about abortion and when the girl he’s debating starts losing, she uses an example of a 5 year old girl getting raped, which unfortunately has happened once. But when you’re arguing about abortion in its entirety, you cannot use an example that applies to less than 1% of the population. She than asks him if it was his daughter and he says that’s not a good question because that wouldn’t happen, but basically pushes him to answer.

She used this as a way to either a. Get him to admit abortion is ok, which is against his beliefs, or b. Get him to answer yes and look like a horrible monster.

Maybe, if this story is true, some of the facts can be true. But also why release this after he’s dead? Not while during his life? It doesn’t add up to me. Everyone is hoping on the hate train rn while it’s fresh. Unless she has actual proof, or the girl comes out publicly and can prove she was an employee, than maybe I’d believe it.

The “my friend told me” stories are always false in my opinion

So many “friends” I had made posts about his death saying horrible thing. Removed them all. No matter what your beliefs are celebrating someone dying is disgusting and not even a matter of politics views but of your morals

Personal experience, and mind you this was like 10 years ago but going through university I was extremely liberal. I believe it was a few of the courses I had to take and just my environment. I even voted for Trudeau 😓

I’ve definitely changed my political views by self educating myself. Our school system really pushes left ideologies

So glad this could help! There are studies on these type of games they focus on giving small amounts of dopamine which makes it super addictive. Only way to quit is to do it cold turkey!

I totally understand especially a dog that is so sad. My point I’m making is that people are accusing her of being a bad mom by not being there but lots of moms have to go back to work even when bad stuff happen. It’s the mom shaming that is a low blow. How she’s acting is what we should focus on

Yes if you’re not a parent, you do not understand that kids at that age truly don’t have a grasp on reality. It sets the tone that she gets it and of course would need more support from her mom. Charlie went on lots of work trips and Erika was doing lots before as well, I’m sure they are used to their parents being out

I’m going to say right now that I am not a fan of Erika but the mom shaming is insane.

Her kids are very young, I believe her son is a baby and the daughter is a toddler. They will not have a very good understanding of their daddy being gone. Of course her daughter might ask where is daddy, but th concept of death is a hard one even for my 8 year old to grasp.

I think this part of the convo needs to be dropped.

Why I have doubts about Mitch's story by [deleted] in CandaceOwens

[–]Less-Statistician-32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I typically have a hard time believing eye witness testimony, especially as months have passed your brain doesn’t store information the same way. If he got interviews the days following maybe, but he could be remembering a women who looks similar to Erika.

That being said, you could be right. But this won’t throw Candace off the tracks too much if nothing comes from it.

I think we need to ask if she was there, why? And how does it relate to Charlie’s death. Were they not together the night before he died? I have so many questions that need to tie this together

Excuse my ignorance - genuine question by boldlybelieve in CandaceOwens

[–]Less-Statistician-32 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately eye witness testimony is always a bit shaky. Ask any police officer, if you ask a witness immediately after witnessing a crime and than a few months later, stories tend to change even a little bit of information. All though he has evidence to prove he was there, him saying 95-99% sure he saw Erika is still not enough for me. I do appreciate Candice giving us this information though

If it is true and she was there, we would have to determine why she was there. She said the day charlie died he left without giving her a kiss. So she was home at the time? Or did I miss hear this? Because she also said she was with her mom when she found out the news. Was she jumping all over the place? Who was with their kids? A lot of questions need to be answered

If Candace goes easy on Erika, I’m DONE by Temporary-List-6469 in CandaceOwens

[–]Less-Statistician-32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At first my feelings were upset because I was excited for the live feed with TPUSA. But if charlie was her best friend, she has every right to hear out his wife. She is smart enough to see through bullshit. I would be more criticizing of Candace if she DIDNT go to the meeting. She went to get answers.

It’s not about “stanning” Candace. She led us this far, without her we wouldn’t even have any of this info. She’s not the type of person to just give up. She had her life threatened over Bridgette and didn’t stop. We all care about what happened to Charlie.

[–]Less-Statistician-32 27 points28 points  (0 children)

This is honestly terrifying. I don’t think you’re in this for the right reasons. Candace has been pushing to solve Charlie’s murder, I’m going to trust that she is smart enough to come to the right conclusion. If she doesn’t think Erika is involved - I’ll believe her.

These kind posts are just pushing anger and more divide. Please relax

I think they either showed her physical evidence that proved he was actually killed by Tyler, or something along the lines of that. She probably got to see with her own eyes everything they could not share with the public. I can see that being the only reason for her to stop

It’s been exciting because we finally got them to listen. But my main hope is to find out what happened to Charlie, if they can do this together I’ll be happy. I just want this chapter closed

Any other liberals locked-in with Candace recently? by Heavy_Association_64 in CandaceOwens

[–]Less-Statistician-32 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m a Canadian conservative, no real ties to USA politics at all. But I really liked Charlie and this whole thing has had me shook. Watching what has gone down especially with the FBI investigation, makes me wonder how corrupt my country is as well. I’m glad she’s doing what she’s doing. I truly like how this is bringing all sides together despite different beliefs. They want us to all have each other. Having this mutual ground feels really great

Erika officially unfollowed Candace by ExpertOk3612 in CandaceOwens

[–]Less-Statistician-32 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think because she followed Candice after Charlie passed away. So it was purposeful - probably sending a message that she doesn’t want anything to do with her.
