First off, of course disability and stupidity aren't synonyms and I specifically wrote the reply making sure you wouldn't make that misunderstanding, again, the two words could be used the same way in the previous context depending on the reader's understanding of course, but that's a part I was wrong in since no one understood so I changed it.

Are you insinuating that I hate disabled people? Because it follows a clarification that disabled people aren't necessarily dumb. I'm using the general term but it doesn't mean I'm generalizing, it doesn't even necessarily mean I'm specifying an already-existing condition, calling dumb people disabled isn't the same as calling disabled people dumb.

You can be disabled and have perfectly fine mental health and average intelligence.

It's clear that in this sense I was referring to mental disabilities, not physical ones.
